10g MASTERPAN 2IN1 Yeast

Method

Add flour, salt, cold water and MASTERPAN 2IN1 to the kneading machine. Kneading time: about 7 minutes at a temperature of 24-26°C
Leavening in mass for 50 minutes at 40°C with Humidity 60%
Portioning form dough weighing 370 gr.
Put the dough in the oven after it has doubled its volume, for 15 minutes.
Bake:
Upper heat 250°C
Lower heat 205°C
